The TEMPUS  „Learning for Europe“ Project consisted of two parts: 
1. The establishment and development of the international teaching and research Center for European Education as a joint institution of the University of Zagreb and the University of Münster with a seat in Zagreb, and
2.  the development of a one-year international Master’s Degree (MA) Programme “Management and Counselling in European Education”.
Twelve partner universities from ten European countries cooperated on the project.
Research results in the framework of the project have been published in the monograph European Education. Concepts and Perspectives from Five Countries.
